Add DennisHartrampf to descriptive category

Hi Abhishek,

thanks for the nice compilation of cool profile readme repositories!
In this PR I added my own profile (https://github.com/DennisHartrampf/DennisHartrampf) to the **descriptive** category. My profile consists of a large header banner image and a short description about myself. I also added a short tutorial to my profile how to build your own profile readme repository and put a link to your curated list into it.
